1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TruckNav Pro! By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TruckNav Pro is a GPS navigation application designed for truck drivers. It provides route guidance, low bridge warnings, and other truck-specific information. However, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.
  • Navigation data may not always be 100% accurate or up-to-date due to unforeseen road conditions or changes.
  • You must always obey physical road signs and height restrictions over any information provided by the App.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless canceled.

3.2 Subscription Fee

The Service is available via a monthly subscription of $9.99 (or local equivalent). Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

4. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKNAV PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP'S NAVIGATION.

5. User Conduct

You agreed not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
